Clear terms for using DayVector

These terms apply to your use of DayVector, an application created and maintained by Y. A. Diab. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Purpose of the application

DayVector provides tools for planning, task execution, time and activity review, roadmaps, reports and performance coaching. Features marked Beta or Planned may change, remain incomplete or be unavailable on some platforms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in methods, maintaining accurate account information and keeping appropriate backups of important content. You retain responsibility for the tasks, notes, resources and other content you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use DayVector to violate law, infringe the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or interfere with the application and its supporting services.

Updates and availability

Software updates may add, change or remove features. You choose whether to install an offered desktop or Android package, and the operating system may require additional confirmation. Availability can be affected by device, network and third-party service conditions.

Productivity and coaching information

No guaranteed outcome

Forecasts and recommendations depend on available information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain in control of decisions, classifications, schedules and progress.

Ending use

You may stop using the application and, when available in the account controls, request deletion of synchronized account information. Some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, integrity or legal reasons.
